What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine needles into specific pathways of the body known as meridians. This process stimulates neurological responses that release natural chemicals such as endorphins, your body's built-in pain relievers, helping reduce pain and restore balance.

Our Approach

Rooted in centuries of practice, acupuncture focuses on improving circulation and restoring the flow of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. By identifying and clearing blockages, treatment supports the body's natural ability to heal.
